Connectively allows publishers to request Q&A expert roundup articles directly from the platform. Follow these steps to create, manage, and publish your Q&A articles efficiently.
Step 1: Access the Q&A Articles Request Page
From the Publishers menu, select Q&A Articles.
Click Request to create a new article request.
Step 2: Submit Your Article Request
On the request page, provide the following details:
Question: Enter the question you want experts to answer.
Publication URL: Add the homepage URL where the article will be published.
Deadline: Specify the date by which you want to receive the completed article.
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by Connectively before being posted to the Connectively Questions page.
Step 3: Expert Responses and Article Creation
After your request is posted:
Experts on Connectively and within your network may submit their insights.
Connectively uses AI analysis to evaluate:
Relevance of respondees to your question
Quality of each answer
The AI selects the best 4–25 quotes to include in your Q&A article. Connectively also generates:
An introduction paragraph
Headings for each selected quote
Step 4: Receive and Publish Your Article
You will receive the ready-to-publish article document and headshot images via a Google Drive folder on your requested deadline
Review the article, and if it meets your standards, press “Claim Article” directly from the Completed tab
Make your desired edits, publish, then add the published article URL to your Connectively account.
Step 5: Connectively Post-Publication Actions
Once the published URL is added:
Connectively crawls the article to verify the final publication.
Only experts included in the final article are notified.
Your request moves to the Published section of your Track Q&A Article Requests dashboard.

1. How are quotes selected for articles?
Connectively uses AI to identify and select the most relevant expert insights for your Q&A articles:
Expert identification: AI analyzes profile information to determine which experts have authority on the topic.
Quote evaluation: Submitted quotes are ranked based on the quality and uniqueness of insight.
Selection: Connectively chooses the best 5–25 quotes from relevant experts and compiles them into a ready-to-publish expert roundup article for your site.
2. What editorial control do publishers have?
Publishers have full editorial control over all content received from Connectively:
Connectively collects, identifies, and converts top expert quotes into articles.
Publishers can also submit a Quotes request to select responses themselves.
Publishers may choose to publish only quotes that meet editorial standards.
Editing guidelines:
Acceptable edits: Minor rewording, rephrasing, restructuring, or removing text.
Unacceptable edits: Changing the message of the quote, removing all attribution, or plagiarism.
3. Do we need to link to experts?
No, linking is optional. Connectively does not require publishers to include links to expert websites.
Publishers may choose whether or not to link to experts, including how to qualify outbound links.
All linking decisions are at the publisher’s discretion.
4. Are the quotes fact-checked?
Publishers are responsible for reviewing and publishing content.
Connectively provides quotes from relevant experts but does not verify or endorse their content.
