I submitted from the wrong profile, how do I change it?

Managing profile attribution is an essential part of ensuring that your submissions on Connectively.us are correctly attributed to the desired expert or profile. This guide explains how to change attribution before submitting and how to correct it after submission.

Correcting Profile Attribution After Submission

If you submitted an answer from the wrong profile, you can always delete your response if the question deadline has not passed. To delete a response, go to your "In Review" tab from the Questions page, and look for the orange "trash" icon. If the question is still open, you can click the icon to delete the unwanted response.

  1. Identify any submissions that are still open or under review.

  2. Delete the open submissions that require correction.

  3. Resubmit the content to the same queries, ensuring that the correct profile attribution and updated answer content are applied. By following these steps, you can ensure that your submissions are accurately attributed to the appropriate expert or profile, both before and after submission.
